Amy and Jon's wedding is one of the best examples of what Chris and I are able to do. Not only did we make some awesome ties and clip-on bow ties for them, but we did it with an incredibly fast turnaround. Hands-down, this is one of my favorite weddings we have ever done, not just because of the products, but because of the story behind it.
Chris and I are at that age where a lot of our friends are starting to get married, which, for us, is perfect because what better wedding present is there than some custom neckties for your wedding? It's great because we get to hang out with our friends, give them something unique for their big day, and have a helping hand in the wedding itself. One of the first couples we did this for was Heidi and Sean, two of Chris' closest friends from college.
Kristen and Mike were getting married over the summer and planned on flying out to New Jersey to celebrate among family. Like every couple, we took them fabric shopping to pick out a few different fabrics. We searched for a while, but came up empty handed. I told them that, as an alternative to local bought fabrics, we could always design a custom pattern.
Our second wedding on the books was with Emily and Tyler. They came to us looking for eight custom designed bow ties, three ties, and two clip-on bow ties, something we had never experimented with before. Chris and I figured that there was no better time than the present, so we aimed our sites on how to make some clip-on bow ties!
