Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we believe products have been used or damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must pay for return shipping if looking to receive a refund or exchange. When approved you are welcome to receive a refund determined by the conditions below or an exchange for another option of equal value. Exchanges will only be given for items of equal value to the originally purchase item. No exchanges will be made for special edition or exclusive products, such as those seen in The Club. You will also be charged for the shipping of the exchanged product. Refunds will comply with the below terms and conditions.

Repairs
Our repair policy only lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a repair.

Repairs can be done on a case by case basis. If your product is damaged upon arrival (ie loose stitching, stains, etc.) we will offer to repair it in full for free. If any damage occurs within the 30 day repair window, we will asses the damage in person after having been shipped the product and determine a course of action. If the repair is minor, we will fix it for free or for a very minimal charge. If the damage is extensive, charges may vary or a replacement may have to be purchased by the customer. No action will be taken before receiving consent from the customer. We love our products and want you to love them too, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your HIM product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In order for a refund to be approved, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as all refund requirements have been met.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility as well.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a service that provides a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Discount rates only apply for the entire length of the subscription, any cancellation before the subscription has ended will result in an adjusted total to compensate for this cancellation. Anything remaining will be refunded to the customer.

We offer extra incentives for longer subscriptions and those incentives are put into action with subscription length in mind. We reserve the right to charge customers the full retail price of incentive products received for any early cancellation of a subscription in order to accommodate for financial loss and loss of product.
